Equilateral Engineering is a boutique consulting firm specializing in structural restoration. We provide experienced industry knowledge with a dedication to exceptional customer service and integrity.

We are located in Vancouver, BC and available to assist on projects anywhere in the Province.

Richard Mitchell PEng, LEED® AP, is the firm's founder and principal engineer. He is a Civil Engineer with a career spanning over 17 years and hundreds of restored buildings. With a background in consulting, construction management and owner representation, Richard has a unique understanding of the responsibilities facing each stakeholder, and a developed ability to deliver balanced and successful projects.
A specialist in Post-Tensioning restoration, Richard is an active member of the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), including over a decade of involvement in PTI technical committees.
